Festive Period Delivery
Delivery Information – Order by These Dates for Christmas Delivery
- Express Delivery: Order by 12pm, Monday 23rd December for UK mainland Christmas delivery. (Excludes Highlands, Northern Ireland, and remote areas).
- Standard Delivery: Order by 3pm, Friday 20th December for Christmas delivery (per Royal Mail guidelines). Orders after this time may arrive post-Christmas.
- Overseas: Order by Wednesday 11th December for Christmas delivery. Orders placed after this may arrive post-Christmas.
Orders placed after 1pm on 23rd December will be processed from 2nd January 2025.
Standard Delivery
Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) for in stock items will be dispatched the same working day (Monday-Friday), orders placed after 1pm and those placed on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day, and most orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
Express Delivery
Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) for in stock items will be dispatched the same working day (Monday-Friday), orders placed after 1pm and those placed on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day, and delivered within 1-3 working days.

International Delivery
We are pleased to offer deliveries to many locations outside of the United Kingdom and items will take 5-10 working days to deliver, transit rates are confirmed at checkout as depend on location.
Please note you may be charged duties and taxes by the carrier in addition to what you pay us, as these are not included in the cost
Returns
All Vytaliving products come with a 14 day money back guarantee. Unless stated that your product qualifies for the 100 day guarantee, please read the fill terms, 100 Day Money Back Guarantee T&Cs
If for any reason you wish to return your item within this time period please follow the instructions below:
To return a product. please follow the instructions below:
- Fill in the returns information on your dispatch note that you received with the item.
- Ensure your item is in its original condition with all packaging we may charge a restocking fee for any items that are missing parts/packaging or not in original condition.
- Pack your item and enclose the completed dispatch note for identification. (Items returned without a dispatch note will not be refunded)
- Return the parcel using a courier of your choice to:

All parcels must be returned at your own expense. We advise using a tracked service and keeping hold of your postage receipt until you have received your refund. Parcels will remain your responsibility until they are received and inspected by ourselves, we cannot refund items lost by the carrier.
We are unable to offer a collection service or send a returns label.
Any returns that are not paid for will not arrive with us and we will be unable to refund. If you do not have internet access we recommend using the Post Office.
Please note that vitamins, supplements, cosmetics, patches and home test kits can only be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery if they have not
been opened
REFUNDS
Upon inspection we will issue a refund for the item cost. This will be refunded back to the original payment method. Please allow 7 working days from us receiving your item in order to receive a refund
